Need to add one more email address!

So I obviously have my main gmail account running. But my school also uses gmail for our school email's but our address is xxxx@mail.usf.edu

How do I go about adding that as my second email account on the phone? I think I was on the right track, but I don't know what type of server it is, which I think is the main thing I'm asking here...

Move this to another sub-forum if you must! Thanks.

you said your school uses gmail, but the address above just says "mail." is that a typo? if not, forward your school mail to your gmail acct.

Google offers Apps for your Domain (including gmail) for free to schools. Same with Microsofts Live@Edu. It uses the schools domain name, but the email is run off of Gmail servers.

ITs important to note that you can't use Google Apps for your Domain accounts to purchase stuff in the marketplace. Found that out the hardway yesterday

While I don't have it with my school, I do have Google Apps (gmail interface) for my design blog. It works pretty much the same way as any other gmail account for me.

Log into Gmail, Instructions should be here: Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP > Imap Access. You need to enable IMAP in #1, then #2 has a link to configure your mail client. Click it and there's an Android category under Mobile.

Here is the link for me: https://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=114408

When entering your username, put in your full email address, including the @mail.usf.edu.

This should work, but I haven't tried it with a school. But it did work for our site with a non—@gmail email address. Good Luck.
