Help needed with phone storage

Hey guys, i need help with my moto droid. everytime theres an incoming message, i get the two notifications saying delete to make more room/storage, and another saying texting storage is full tho i delete all my message threads..what do i do!! and how to i transfer apps from phone storage to SDcard. THANKS

Are you using a text messaging app that is NOT the stock app? If so, go into the stock app settings and disable notifications.

As far as the "messaging storage is full" message is concerned, just go into the messaging app that you are using and go to settings. From there find the settings for message storage and make sure that you have the max messages per conversation setting set high enough to keep the messages you want. I have my Handcent set to keep 200 messages per conversation and to delete the oldest messages as new ones come in.
