    Help Unified device notifications?

    I own two no-carrier tablets (wifi only), and a phone with no data coverage access (only sms, call, wifi). I want to get notifications about messages and calls uniformly across all devices. I use SMS and hangouts. What can accomplish this? I currently use pushbullet to send notifications to my pc.
