    There is really no need to install anything on the phone, that guy obviously doesn't know what hes talking about. PC Suite is to be installed on PC only. The PC Suite shows all that about "PC Suite mode" because it is made to support all phones from LG, not just the Android ones. The PC Suite installs all the required drivers by itself so as long as you have it installed, the phone should be able to connect with PC Suite automatically, atleast thats what the guy at the service center told me. He even connected my phone to his laptop and the PC Suite was able to connect with it. The PC Suite is trash, if you're trying to update your firmware, just tell the guys at the service center, they'll do it for free. You'll loose all data though, so be sure to take a backup first.

    Consider me dumb to tell an expert like you but i need the files on sd card. Canniot access to computer. I am at a very remote location of maharashtra and need travel for 2 hr just for net. pls buddy help me

    but i cannot connect to internet through mass storage mode. and to connect the phone to pc suite it aasks to turn on the PC SUITE MODE. and it can be done through installing the pc suite files on the phone (said the executive).

    I am the new one to this forum. Also i am not able to connect my p500 to pc. The pc suite is installed and works fine. But i dont have the option "PC Suite mode" on my phone. It says only usb mode only. Also i dont have pc support installed on my phone (Baught new 16gb card and no data from older memory card was stored). Please Help
