All my apps went straight over. Not one had to be re-downloaded.
Yup. My mlb at bat and sling player are still there and work perfectly!!

That's not the same thing. Apps never need to redownloaded in an upgrade unless something breaks. I would like to know if protected apps, as discussed above are still available. They were not on and of the Froyo preview builds until FRF83. Don't want to go back to that.

Ahh, my bad... Looking at the market now and it has all paid apps on there (which I assume are all "protected apps")

Paid apps aren't necessarily protected apps. As MERF said, look for the ones we mentioned. Also, someone in a blog comment said, "Noticed same changes as [some guy] in addition to only purchased apps are showing under downloads on market."

For as much as I can tell, everything is there, I see a bunch of my free apps there as well.
One of my widgets isn't working but I check the developers site and he said he is developing a 2.2 version. Also I off loaded Pandora to my SD card and the widget no longer shows up, neither does an option to display it.

I downloaded and all is well so far. Had to reinstall swype as usual with every update.

Well now that I have manually updated my Nexus to 2.2, even if it's not the offical one, the whole excitement has worn off. I am like, 'ok, now that I have Froyo on my phone I can now check that off my list...moving on'.
I've reread my posts with respect to the Froyo updates and I must say I am quite embarrassed by them. I sound like an emotional distraught high school girl on E throwing a tantrum.
I have to apologize to everyone for my unprofessionalism as I am a Guide and should have acted more accordingly to my status. Thanks everyone for tolerating my *cough* odd behaviour for the past month (since the I/O conference). I guess I am simply quite comfortable with all of you guys here and acted more of how I naturally am when I’m excited/hyper (I’m actually worst irl xD).
Well I just want to say that now that I’ve cooled off, I’ll be more like the Roze prior to the Froyo announcement…well until the Gingerbread announcement that is
