Yes, a CSR lady I spoke with earlier this week politely offered to call me on her next shift (which was today) to provide me any other updates to my DroidX order. Well, she called today, and was not able to provide me with anything. Not a processing, shipping, tracking, NOTHING. She just said it said it was still backordered, and apologized. So, I plan on checking every other day.
Like I said, I'm brand new to VZW, I just set up my online account earlier this week. Where do I find this page you're speaking of, I'm not seeing "Order Status" or anything... I'll keep looking. Thanks.
