Root voodoo5 kernels are here

Well, well, well look what the cat dragged in. Dude you are so October with that kernel. By mid November we had better non voodoo that Dirrks stuff, and you know how much I liked Dirrks. In the past 2 weeks we have had voodoo5. You probably need to try it and see it for yourself. Equally true if you dont want voodoo5 the non voodoo stuff is still better than october voodoo.
I have been on and off voodoo5 3 times now. Which is a testament to how well and easy it uninstalls now right from the red cwm. Im currently off voodoo5 but I do advise most peeps to at least check it out to see if it performs better for them or not

Alright I'll give it a try when I got some spare time. Been working so much lately. What are you currently running if you're off Voodoo5? Any battery savy kernels?

Almost every other day I bounce back between a voodoo5 kernel and either one of jt's non or geeknik's non. All voodoo since 11/24 is UV as is all geeknik's stuff and nemesis2all is not making voodoo kernels and they are all uv as well.

is your bluetooth working on superclean 0.7? 'cause mine doesn't.

Mine does.

Was this fixed from .6 to .7? The Voice commands via the nuance app were not in .6 and would not work even after adding the vsuite.apk back. I went back to .3 as the voice commands work just fine in .3.

I have not been on irc in a few days and looks like all kinds of things have been updated. I am pretty happy with the old .3 :)

nitsu my angry birds only started skipping on non voodoo when something started syncing in the background. It was a big update, not just email. I bet toggling 3g would might fix.

Not so much mentioning this for you as for someone reading who might be skeered of Voodoo.

yes, i would never recommend voodoo to someone who a) is new the device b) new to root c) can t follow directions :)

I might go back to Voodoo. This feels slower for me than my trusty Dirrk 1200. And that was on stock rom, I'm on clean now with more free ram at all times. But seems like Voodoo doesn't make a huge difference for real world? I wish someone would OC it already, for my Christmas present :)

voodoo really helps with your system write speed...adryn explained it best a page or so back :)

Adryn released the uninstaller for dj05 correct? That thing was money for me on di01. I didn't even bother playing nice with the disable file, my Voodoo was gone in a few min.
Im a bit curious, as I saw he was making it a bit ago. Does his uninstaller do anything different than the disable/converstion steps in red cwm? I've found the disable and conversion process in red cwm to be fool proof and even me proof, so Im wondering what the point of this uninstaller is? [I of course dont mean that in a bad way:)]
yup its out...i got it in irc...not that i plan on using it ;)
Well it is a flashable zip so....;)

Well, voodoo like OC sometimes shows and sometimes doesnt, it truly depends on the task of execution. The possibility of a OC voodoo5 is greater now with people other than geeknik and jt building kernels. Geeknik will OC but not voodoo, jt will voodoo but not OC. If you lean heavily on nemesis2all he might do it. I actually have geeknik's most stable version of a DJ05 1.2Ghz kernal, however sadly geekink no longer has the source code for that particular one. But OC isnt that hard if you already know how to compile everything
i m on my phone now not irc  but id think someone has it in there just ask for 12/3 stable :)
yeah chopper is always good for the linkage, that guy keeps notepad open and links at will, he's our own combo of letmegooglethatforyou and wiki :D

yeah I think so, unless there is a different 12/3 stable
no ok
12/03 "stable" is nemesis', jt put out a 12/03 but its not called stable per se he still called it and of course studoo came out yesterday too but its not labeled 12/03.

A lot of people seem to think the one labeled 12/03 stable is from jt just clarifying.
