I think the news said it will be 249 at BB before 03/20 regardless pre-order or not. After that will be 299.

And also it says a 4G LTE data plan is required for the phone, does that count areas that don't have 4G? :thinking:

I dont think it matters, or it shouldn't matter. Because they are both the same price so whether you have 4g in your are or not, it will default to 3g when it doesn't have 4g. That is one reason verizon probably hasn't launched the Tiered planning yet because people that dont have 4g in their ares probably wont even buy the device if the 4g plan was tiered and 3g wasn't.

Hey Jay are the only stores calling customers the ones that have the phones in stock already? I was just wondering because the one that I preordered from wouldn't set up an appointment because they didn't have the phones in stock yet.

HAHA the girl I talked to told me she would call people once they get them in stock but who knows some times the reps just speak what they believe they would do, lol. I was just trying to call since I am in california and my store is still open, but the bastards wont answer the phone. I ordered the phone on the 8th, so I might be anywhere from 1 to 10 on the list. Because if they took a lot of preorders they would know what the thunderbolt was, lol. I talked a sales person, she talked to another one and finally the supervisor in charge was the only one who knew about the preorder.

Hey Jay, I have a question. I pre-ordered my phone at Best Buy the first day possible. I'm probably the #1 pre-order. I'm not in the area right now though and don't have my local store's phone number. Will they hold my pre-order until Friday. I won't be back until Friday afternoon. The phone would launch the only Thursday in March i wouldn't be able to pick it up lol. Who cares though, it's finally coming.

Just called my bestbuy, the guy said they should have plenty and they were planning on calling people tomorrow because thats when they are expecting them. He said just come in and they will have one for me or I will get a call tomorrow when they get them.
