Root Is the GB leak phoning Moto with your info???

I saw this over at MDW, I don't know how true this is, or what's really going on. I've had the "Unusual Activity" setting turned on in my Gmail account for quite some time now and haven't noticed this at all. Have any of you noticed this???

I don't mean to stir things up more than they already have been lately, but I'm just really curious

It's a known bug.

after stewing over the info in the other worry thread I decided to go home and SBFed myself to 340 today. Even if all the rumors are true and the Droid has already spilled the beans I just figured id play is somewhat safe and assimilate with the motovzw control plan. The way I see it, there is no reason the other team isnt planning some sort of counter strike against we fun lovers. Call me chicken shit, Ill answer "here". Bottom line is I plan to use this phone until the contract expires. Hell, I dont tether anyway.

I was getting this back in july when i was on vacation in florida, at the time i was running darkslide 2.2
This is not a new issue from what I've read, it seems to be something fairly common. Perhaps we're all a little gun-shy due to the post from P3droid?

Or maybe that's how they've been tracking us the whole time and we just didn't, and still don't know for certain

This may be a stupid question but if i used 14.8 gigs last month tethering do i have anything to worry about? Im sure they have already slowed me down but it is way faster than my wild blue satellite internet im rolling with out in the sticks. Trying to run a business off my phones internet can really add up. Not to mention all of the downloading and xbox.
