"Must have" apps for the Thunderbolt

They have it in the Android Market too, but it's called something different for some crazy reason. It's also $2 in the Market instead of $1 like Amazon and iTunes both have it https://market.android.com/details?id=radiotime.player

Looks like there are too many complaints on the paid version... I think I'll stay with Tune In... It's excellent and has displaced WinAmp on my phone. :p

What is the best weather app? Im mainly interested in how good the radar is and how much you can zoom in on areas. Weatherbug and weather channel are no bueno. I use My Cast Weather Lite right now, but looking for even better. Any suggestions? I have a HTC Thunderbolt. Thanks guys

I agree with your sentiment on Weather bug. Absolutely horrible app. To be honest though, if you need weather radar, just drop a bookmark widget on your desktop and set it to go to the weatherchannel.com.

Surprised no one has mentioned Subsonic. Lets you stream all the music on your home computer to your phone. The app is free in the market, but the home server only comes with a 30 day trial after that you have to donate to keep it working. I know Tbolt comes with a 32GB microsd, but since I have over 200GB of music and I hate swapping out tunes and not having access to a track I want to hear I love this.

*LauncerPro (Consumes to much resources with stock launcher running also)

*Go SMS or Handcent (Not needed if stock SMS works correctly)

*WeatherBug Elite (Stock Weather with notifications turned off for me)

*Mr. Number Call Block (HTC Thunderbolt has a way to block numbers already built in)

*Facebook (I just go to Facebook through the internet and bookmark it and add to home screen, saves resources)

Don't know about the other Apps, but these are Not must have Apps for me.

What app do yall trust/use to keep all of your passwords? I saw "wallet", but I thought I would get some feedback first.

Sorry a little late to the conversation. But I use a program called "ROBOFORM" ($). What I like about this program is that you load it on your PC and your passwords live in the cloud and you load the app on whatever PC/MAC you want and the passwords follow you. The ANDROID app takes those passwords with you on your handset.

I have used ROBOFORM for over 8 years and never ever ever had an issue. The customer support is amazing and get back to you within a couple of hours.

Amazon.com: aniPet Marine Aquarium Live Wallpaper: Appstore for Android Their offering today is a free "live" fish aquarium wallpaper.

Oh and are there any nice picture editing apps out there? A co-worker was showing me Fat Booth and we were goofing around with that on his iPhone the other day. Also, I have yet to find an Android app that totally blows away any iPhone app. I mean there are some cool apps out there, but nothing I'd say that makes the iTunes App store look like a guy selling oranges out of the trunk of his car in front of a Whole Foods. I did see something called Dildroid that looks humorous, if a little sick and twisted...

I use PHOTOFUNIA.....it is great. there is also "Pho.to Lab"...similar to PhotoFunia
