Newbie - how do I get an itunes & facebook app?

Hi,

First post! Just bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 - love it! Trying to get it set up correctly and want to fully access facebook and itunes. Simply, how do I do this?

I have a FB account, but have yet to register for ITunes. I understand the 2 are connnected in some way, with ITunes also allowing me to create 30 second snipet ringtones from any song. This is what I want.

I cant find ITunes etc within Samsung apps. Where do I look? I will also want to get apps for Amazon etc.

As far as I understand Itunes is Apple specific and therefore not available on Android phones although there are various apps to help your android "read" your itunes library on your PC. https://market.android.com/search?q=itunes&so=1&c=apps

As for the facebook app it's at https://market.android.com/details?id=com.facebook.katana&feature=search_result

Beware that on the app you are usually signed into "chat" so to sign out you have to open chat from the homepage grid and then "go offline" via Menu on your phone.

There are also various other "overlay" apps like Friendcaster that some people like better for accessing their FB account but it really comes down to personal preference.

Thanks - very helpful! Where would I find other general apps (such as Shops -Next, Argos etc)?

Also, is there an app that will allow me to choose a 30 second slot from any song and use as my ringtone? This is really what I wanted to use ITunes for.

Where is the best place generally to go to get other apps?
