Help Wirelessly stream pics/video to your home entertainment...

yeah, it's super easy. I used "Media Share". Enable the app, then enable music, picture, video if you want. Next you have to set the shared folders to make available.

Next, I went to my blu-ray player and "HTC Media Share" was listed under the different music, video, etc sections. It did show all types under each one, but for music, it had additional options like album or artist. I just picked a song and it was playing without any problems.

I have a Sony BDP-S570 3D capable blu-ray player that I was using, haven't tested any 3D content though.

From post 3,above -

App drawer, Media Share. Be sure to enable media sharing, top check box, then specify share folders by clicking on the bar at the bottom of the main screen. Pictures and videos you've made should be under Camera shots.

The phone should show up on your DLNA client (tv, ps3, etc) under the name given in Media Share setup, default = HTC Media Share

PS3 playback instructions here -

PS3™ | Media Server Connection

Not all media is supported by all DLNA playback devices so mileage may vary on that point.

3d is likely to be an issue.

If your TV won't automatically go into 3d, you may find a setup option to enable 3d in side by side mode to try the pictures.

The free DLNA server I've used before, iMediaShare, seems to know how to serve 3d content, expect this one to do same.

Greetings everyone. I've been scouring the wonderful information here for a few weeks but this is my first time posting.

Is it possible, at this point, to share the onscreen content of the 3vo VIA wireless router to a roku or other connected network device?

Home internet is down this weekend and the kids are going through Netflix withdrawal.

Hello I recently purchased an EVO 3D and was wondering how to network it with my home computers. What I am looking to do is to be able to access all my files from my computers and stream them on my phone (and vise vera if possible) my Movies & TV Shows (from an external hard drive). I would also like to be able to do the opposite and access all my files from my phone (pictures, recorded videos, etc...) on my computers. Also is there a way to set up my EVO to my home workgroup network and not just have it show up in shared media devices. Any links or step by step process would greatly appreciated. I would like everything to show up in my workgroup and be able to name my evo as if it is a computer as i have with my other PC's in the workgroup. once this all of this is completed i was told i can access my home network from my android anywhere in the world, or where wifi is available. i know there are apps that you can purchase, but i have read up on the swiftp sever and it seems like what i want is a possibity with this app and several programs on my computers
