Help 1st LOS, now random reboots?!?

I have been dealing with the LOS issue, but due 2 tower issues in my area & Sprint lollygagging I'm beyond my 14 day return period. I started complaining way b4 the 14 days were up, but they said they needed to make sure the towers were fixed 1st. I asked 2 switch handsets, but they said I had 2 go 2 a Repair Center 2 have my handset 'diagnosed'. I went to the Repair Center & of course all they did was a factory reset. Needless 2 say I'm still having LOS issues. Now this a.m. while dwnloading a update from the Android Market by screen goes black and the my phone reboots on its own. I soo hope this isn't going 2 turn into another Photon-type hassle! Has anyone else had random reboots?

What were you updating when it rebooted? Has it just done it once, or has it done it repeatedly?
It's done it a lot, most recently when I updated the Pulse app. I have done the whole reactivation thing with Tech Support. Bc it's an ongoing problem they are sending me another one. The tech said he had good news and bad news. The good news was that I am going to get a new one & not a refurb. The bad news was it's on backorder for 10 days. :(

My P.O.S. Samsung EPIC FAIL ( TOUCH 4g) - YouTube

WooW. That is beyond messed up! I have taken my phone to the repair center 2 times and I am on my second E4GT! I also miss calls because my phone doesn't ring. I didn't even mention that, bc I thought it was just me. I have seen people write saying there is an update being tested that's suppose to be pushed out this month, but who knows.
