Hi I recently rooted my droid 3 and everything has been normal but today I installed bootstrap and I was on 80 percent battery I booted into clockwork just to make sure it worked but after I chose the reboot now option in clockwork it rebooted fine but was all off a sudden on 5% so I went to charge it and now it refuses to charge over 60% please I beg someone for a solution to this

There is an app called Battery Calibration for root users. It wipes battery stats. Give it a shot. Hope it works for you!
