Rooted my 3D Evo HTC method, problem when I flash a ROM some of them give me an erro E: can't open/tmp/sideload/package.zip. I have been able to flash a couple but when I try Hotspot or Wifi it won't work I just would like a stockish ROM with Hotspot Hacked any suggestions. Also if I do a factory reset it goes back into recovery and I have to use recovery to load a stock rom when I rooted I thought I backed up my original but must not have backed up how can I get it back to were it does a factory reset .

I boot into recovery by holding vol + power and flash rom, I have the Clean Rom 1.3 loaded now and the kernel says 2.6.35.13-g84f8edd android version 2.3.4. rooted a regular evo before I got this one with no problem, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Some files just come up and say E: can't open/tmp/sideload/package.zip but a couple have actually loaded. Thanks for responding and helping

I did the setttings changes and it says stating but with errors but cannot connect to it, what is the procedure for loading through fastboot is there a ROM that you'll would suggest that might work with hotspot or wifi tether even if I turn on WIFI it just says error where it normally says starting
