Kraken,otterbox,or seidio convert

Hi, I just wanted to know which is the best case and why. I've heard that there have been issues with the convert case in regards to the material peeling. I like the color options for the trident Kraken case but I don't like the fact that the holster sits on the screen. anyway what's your opinion?

Otterbox defender provides the best protection all around. It even has a built in screen protector. Its bulky as hell though but im used to it now.

IMO, the Seidio case has a ridiculous design where the two havles of the hard shell slide on from the top and bottom (as opposed to the front and back). In order for the tabs to line up and snap together, the camera hump is extended to the middle of the phone, making the whole thing larger than it would otherwise need to be.

I"m using the Otterbox Defender. To me, the weak spot is the belt clip; it comes off the belt too easily. The belt clip can also lock in the open position to form a pseudo kick stand. But more than a few times I've had my phone catch on objects I'm leaning against, pulling the phone away from my body as I walk away, enough that the belt clip locks in the open position when it's on my belt - leaving it more likely to fall off. I'm sure this kick stand idea sounded good to someone, but as with most things, trying to make it multi-functional reduced its ability to perform its key function - staying on my belt.

One thing I can say for the Defender that I can't say for the others (because I don't have them) is that I came up with a great (IMO) car dock solution: http://androidforums.com/motorola-droid-bionic/460830-vehicle-mount-bionic-otterbox-defender.html

I see what you mean. There's no real "holster" at all - it's just a belt clip with another clip that holds the phone at the slots on the sides. It offers almost no screen protection. But the picture also makes it look like the belt clip could go on the back of the phone, so that the screen faces outward when worn on the belt, but I wouldn't recommend it.
