I cannot find a sodding keypad

and

there is no phone app in my app list

how am I such an idiot to not be able find the most basic of phone things

the user guide says this: In Idle mode, open the application list and select Phone
→ Keypad, and enter an area code and a phone number.

I have no phone app in the application list

Thanks....

Alright, what you're going to want to do is press the home button. Once you reach your home screen, press the circular button with six small squares in it (right above the home button). This is your application drawer. From there, swipe left and right to scroll through the app drawer pages. Look for an app that looks like a blue old school phone. It's called "Phone." Once inside the app, hit the tab on the top left that looks like a silhouette of the app icon. That should bring up the dialpad.
If you need any other help, let me know.
