Help Stock photo Gallery

Hi

I had my Desire HD for just under a year now. I just wanted to ask a question about the stock photo gallery.

I have downloaded astro on to my HD and started using it as mainly I found the stock gallery a bit annoying. It lumps all photos into one page etc. Ok great for finding stuff, but not so ok if the person I am showing I don't want them seeing all the other photos!

I take it if I delete from the stock gallery it will also delete from Astro?

I supose people on here use Astro and divide up folders and soley use Astro for viewing instead of the HTC stock gallery?

Just trying to find a good system for photo referencing.

Use Astro for to create your own album folders on the root of your SD card (not in /DCIM/100MEDIA/) and to move your pictures in them.

Then install QuickPic as Gallery.
It is far better than the stock gallery

I agree that QuickPic is the way to go. It allows you to only show certain folders when you view pictures. It also has a lot of other features that the stock gallery doesn't have.
