Hi there.
I've been using shoddy bottom line phones for a while now (lg gt540) but I always wonder why I didn't just spend that bit exra for a decent handset.
Now I've decided it's finally time to spend some money and get a real phone.
I have a budget of $450.
I've checked out a bunch of phones, but at the moment the ones that seem the best spec wise are:
LG Optimus (g)2x: $350- Doesn't come with 2.3. Lg computer suite and customer support is terrible. The phone is apparently prone to resetting themselves frequently.
HTC Sensation: $420- Apparently has a lot of issues?
Samsung Nexus S: $300- Not as good as the above, but maybe?
My main questions are:
1. Which is best/Have I looked past anything better for this price range?
2. Which will run the smoothest OS upgrade procedures? (LG has been hell for my current phone.
3. These phones are getting a little on the old side now. Are they outdated?
PLEASE let me know what you think. Be as bias as you want. I'll think I've decided on one, but then I'll read somebody saying they break down all the time. So confused...
Thank you.
