Help Browser audio stops when it deactivates

OK, so anybody that can find a solution for this will make me really happy.

Both the stock and dolphin hd browser do this, in ICS on the Nexus, which leads me to believe that it's the flash plug-in doing this, not necessarily the browser.

All i want to do is stream the radio station KROQ on my phone in the morning sometimes. Since CBS Radio sucks donkey balls and doesn't allow anyone like Tune-in to stream their signal, I have to stream it from the flash player in the browser from KROQ's web site.

This would ordinarily be fine except that the browser audio stops whenever the following happen:

1) The phone locks and the screen turns off
2) I switch out of the browser to another application

My only solution right now is to not let the screen timeout and lock, which obviously kills my battery.

Is there anyway to get the audio to keep playing in the browser in the background? I don't remember this happening in gingerbread. But, i may be mistaken.

Thanks,
Joe
