URGENT - What has happened? Need help!

I was running D4 ROM, wanted to flash back to stock so flashed the corrext XWLP7 in ODIN now the phone won't get past the boot screen.. It makes the noise and everything but just stays on the boot screen forever. What have I done and how can I return it to stock now. Thanks!

if you can get into CWM recovery, try doing a factory reset and wipe cache

It may require a full wipe too, as you're going from an AOSP to a Samsung build so system settings etc will be different.

One thing I have noticed with some people is when you put a totally new ROM on your phone (or do a full cache wipe), the first reboot can be 3-4 minutes long. Impatience and fear cause people to try and reboot because they think there is something wrong. Are you waiting a suitable period of time before you are declaring it is stuck on boot?
