Pre order from radioshack update

how did you get free shipping and gonna get it saturday?

Site to store. I had called Radio Shack on their 1-800 line and the customer service representative said it's already being shipped and should be received by Saturday. Though he did tell me there was a small chance that it won't be available until Monday.

I'm guessing that perhaps my phone is being sent with the first shipment of Evo V's being sent to my local Radio Shack.

With my luck, I'll have it Tuesday. LOL

You're probably still looking at it not being shipped until Mon. Says items ships from warehouse in 1 - 2 days. Maybe expect it Tues.

Yep your math is sounding more like mine now..Status follows action and the lag can be a day a more.. We are seeing action taken that means fingers are on keyboard trying to do that now.. I say this Tue Wed we will be seeing all smiles at the latest now.. That's a good thing.. Some Evo fanboy will write a book called the longest weekend after this lol.. Still have to wait and see on the stores waiting till the 10th

My pre-order has NOT shipped today. [Ordered the FIRST day on Pre-order]. Mine does say Stock Located, but no shipping confirmation yet. I only had standard shipping to store.

I finally got a hold of someone who sounded like they cared, via the 1-800 number. They let me talk to their manager, cause no one can figure out why my order has not shipped today, as the pre-order stated. They are contacting the warehouse, and possibly gonna comp me a faster shipping option for the trouble. They said they will call me within 24hrs. I told them I need my phone by the end of next week [going away] and would just go elsewhere and never shop at the Shack again, if they cannot honor the pre-sale agreement of shipping on or before May 31. WTF is the purpose of a pre-sale if they just ship it whenever they please? Not holding my breath for any action, but who knows?

They can't ship something that they don't have. It had to be stocked at their warehouse first. IMO some people ITT and elsewhere need to calm down and stop being so impatient.

My theory is that you DO not take pre-orders for an item that you can not get stock to fill. I ordered the first day... they still took orders for at least 1 or more days after I placed my order. They shouldn't have stated that pre-orders would be shipped before or on May 31. The manager that I spoke to totally agreed that my item status is listed as Item Located in Stock. Why not just ship the darn thing as promised. I have a right to complain. I was perfectly nice to everyone that I spoke to at Radio Shack. Just thought, hey, if you ship it next week please expedite my order at your expense. Is that not a reasonable request? Others seem to have had theirs shipped today.

hey how do you guys check the status of your purchase? I can only see what I ordered, payment method, date of purchase, and price.

Honestly, I ordered a 32gb microSD also, which has been shipped. If I hit the Track My Shipment on that Shipment Confirmation, I get statuses on BOTH items. Everytime I looked by order number, it didn't show ANYTHING other than my total.

Not sure how others are checking.

When you are logged into your account, click on the order number and it brings you to a page with your order status

Has anybody had an update to their order status? I ordered mine this morning at 11:45am and my order status is still at processing.

I ordered mine at 12:06pm. I haven't even received a confirmation email yet but I've called to check up on it and the rep said it's processing still. Said I should receive an email when it is done processing.
