I want to uninstall a bunch of apps, but each app has different kinds of data and cache... and when I uninstall and app and then reinstall it, it seems to 'remember' certain things, which makes me think there are bits of data left on the phone after uninstall.

1) Is this the case?

2) If so, how do I uninstall every bit of data?

Just don't want to junk up the storage with bits and bytes here and there...

I guess this is more of a general android question, but I ask it here in my device forum, since I don't know if there might be differences from ICS/Gnex to other versions/devices...

ok, think I just figured out that titanium backup can do it much more efficiently, without all the "calculating"...

Is it safe to do through titanium? Any one have bad luck with clearing app data and uninstalling through titanium?

I have like 300+ apps and am just trying to get it all paired down to what I use...
