Problem;

I have a Samsung S1 and everytime I start it up and go on a application the application will say something like 'Welcome new user' and then give me a tutorial like its the first time I have used the application.
This does not prove much of a problem but with my keyboard application (Swiftkey 3) I have to reinstall the laungage pack repeatedly which chews up my data limits.
Example below

I startup my phone
I enter the application
It greets me like I am a new user to this application.

----------------------------------------

Additional details; My phone recently went into this weird stage where all my applications were force closing, so I reinstalled all of them and they worked fine.

----------------------------------------

Sorry if I put this in the wrong section or something seeing as this is my first post so please do not bite my head off.

I think some of your system file is corrupted.
To solve this you need to re-install the firmware.
