Does anyone know of a newer Sprint PRL that i can flash onto my phone? i currently have the HTC Evo v 4G. Thanks in Advance!

Have you tried simply doing a PRL and profile update on the phones software?

Sorry for the late response. Been busy! Anyways, ive done all the updates and ive flashed http://androidforums.com/evo-v-4g-a...nse-3-6-team420-themed-beats-odex-extras.html onto my phone. My last phone, LG Optimus V, i had used a sprint PRL [HOWTO] Change PRL on Virgin Mobile LG Optimus V (5/06/2011) - xda-developers . This worked and i started to get cell service at my house again. Will this work on the 3vo? Thanks!

So I believe his question is if he changes the prl on the evo v using the optimus v guide will it work for us or is there a different prl for our evo phones that we should get from the sprint evo peeps to get potentially better signal.

I believe the most recent sprint prl is 60687. I put it on my phone and it seems to operate better than the virgin mobile one. I could be biased though.
If the OV process involves putting the evo in DIAG mode, plugging phone into computer, opening up QPST config and determining the COM port the phone is on and selecting it, opening Service Programming, reading from phone, entering MSL, then writing the prl to phone....then yes, the OV guide will work for the evo.
