Shipping date speculation

My order date on the uk play store changed to today's date and looks like my card has been charged too

Just ordered from dixons, uk today for delivery tomorrow! That was simple.

Sick of waiting for the uk play store to deliver so cancelled that one!

Finally just got an email saying that it has shipped. I am in Canada btw. Tracking number is not yet working though.

yeah sure communication would be nice, but I feel tricked.

Ordered mine on the 15th and it was scheduled to arrive on the 18th. For some reason now its scheduled to arrive on the 17th. Woop woop no complaints here.

UPS says my N7 is out for delivery as of 6:42am from the Bronx, NY. End of day is promised. Of course I won't be home for the front porching.:hahaha:

Mine's in Landover, MD out for delivery. Only sad part is it's getting delivered to my work (UPS/FedEx can't get into my apartment) so I won't see it until tomorrow. I don't care if it's a stack of gold bricks, there's no way in hell I'm going into work on my day off.

Woo! On the truck and out for delivery, can't wait for this day of work to be over to get home to a nice, hard to open package on the front doorstep

Dude, you won't be the only one since I'm in the same boat.

Here's a weird addendum to my saga. Looking at Google Wallet yesterday I realized I may have charged it to an old and hopefully invalid card. Crap. Called Google and asked to change the card. Apparently that's impossible. They told me to wait for the "decline" then I will have 7 days to switch the order to a new card. He checked with his manager and said it shouldn't delay my order because they are going out in waves and I may only get held back one wave. Yes, that last sentence is odd to me too.

Shouldn't Google have pinged my card and found it invalid? Shouldn't I have been notified if that is the case? Have they even tried to charge my card? This just gets weirder and weirder. Those questions are mostly rhetorical.

Checked with Sam's Club and they are out of stock so I'm SOL and still at Google's mercy. Crap.

I've just sent Google a polite but stroppy email for what good it'll do, but it made me feel better that I'd had a moan.

Similar happened to me but with an old billing address still in Wallet. It asked me to update my card, which took 3 attempts to go through and delayed order acceptance to 1st July.

My account still just says "order received".
