Okay im thinking of switching from metro to verizon prepaid. Ive got my eye on the samsung illusion. Which is 169 I believe at target and I have alot of questions..
1. What are the plans? 80, 50, 30 or 20 idr..
2. At target can they help activate and all that?
3. Do you need a credit card for the process and all that. I know you can pay with the refill cards monthly.
4. What happens if you go over the data?

Thats all for now. Thank you..

That has got to be the end all be all definitive answer to all questions. I mean at this point we might as well pack up our bags and close the forum. Oh wait. We'll leave it open for flashing and such grey area items... Right?

The OP was asking questions that can be completely, quickly, and thoroughly answered by any Verizon CSR. And since there is no real way that Verizon can screw you over with the answers. And it's also questions that few if anybody on the forums can answer.

This is true.

I'll let everyone in on a little secret. You don't even need to call, just go to VZW's website to see what the plans and overage rates are.

Anyways, to answer the OP's question:

1. It looks like your only option is the $80 plan if you want the Illusion.

2. Yes, but this is assuming that the person working behind the counter at Target knows what they are doing.

3. No, you don't need a credit card.

4. If you go over 1GB the overage charge is 5
