VM replaces phones with broken screen if under warranty

Urfreaky, did you happen to remove the screen protector that comes installed on the phone? (The one that's basically superglued on... -.-')

If so, this may have been avoided. Unless, you know, you threw the phone in a lawnmower like Tokens210 suggested.

Yeah I did remove the screen protector because it was all scratched up

Yeah say whatever you want about the service and phone quality, but they have one of the most straight forward and consumer-friendly warranties I've ever seen. With T-Mobile I have to pay a deductible ($150) and about $7.50 a month for "phone insurance" which a third party handles and if my Nexus 4 breaks, I get a refurb, and if the refurb is bad, no refunds. I miss VM's phone insurance. I wish they took unlocked phones.
