Does anyone else have an issue of the camera coming up but not being able to take pictures or change any of the settings?

Help Camera issues

Hello Madroxide.
You might try going into the Application Manager in the Settings menu and hitting the camera link then clearing the cache (you could clear data as well, if you're planning on changing settings on the fly anyway).
After that, reboot your phone. Please post back your results after trying the camera again.

I tried it and it didn't work, I guess I'll do a complete reset and wipe it clean and see how that goes.
