Favorite App so far.... Developers please see link to Announcements above.

Whatsapp - Great for texting my friends specially my friends in a different country
Falcon Pro - I used it for a long time for Twitter until they updated it and I moved to the original one.
Google Keep - best note taking app by far
Tasker - let's you automate tasks e.g. I don't like Screen Rotation but when I open YouTube I do need it, with tasker I can set so it automatically turns on Screen rotation when I open youtube and turns it off.
Tasks - is a good app for me writing what I need to do.
Subway Surfers - good way to spend time
New Star Soccer - I used to play it every day until I reached the top club and I resetted my phone and couldn't get the data back .Very frustrated still

The Galaxy Note II has that as a call reject method on the incoming call screen. I think my streak did too...

This question came up in another thread I replied to awhile back and couldn't think of how to explain it. Now I can show them this next time! :D

I also have this option for incoming calls on my Strat...

Yes the Dell Streak 5 also had a way to send a call straight to voice-mail and so does the original Galaxy Note.

But what I liked best was what people could do on the StarTAC 8000g.

The StarTAC 8000g had a way to immediately disconnect a call without sending them to voicemail and since I forwarded my home phone to my cell phone that option came in real handy to get rid of callers that had to be telemarketers. And if it was an important call they would just call right back since they couldn't figure out what happened. :)

As for the OP. My favorite apps are Google Maps, FoxFi, TuneIn Radio Pro, Slingplayer and Dish Anywhere but I have to use ES File Explorer and ASTRO to make installing and archiving of applications easier.

Note, I'm not real thrilled about the latest versions of FoxFi or TuneIn Radio Pro since they are both a step backwards for me so I use File managers to install previous versions of those two applications.

Have you tried Blacklist? I love it. This app is why i got rid of my iPhone 5, Apple don't give many permissions. Best app, PERIOD :)

Anyone have some luck and recommend a reverse call lookup app? Ive tried several over the years and nothing so far worth jumping for joy. Ive tried apps that just sent me to a web site to look up (what a waste app) to apps that returned "nothing" on all lookups but was reading my contacts so those would return info LOL.

Any suggestions?

I've found that Mr. Number works fairly well (sans the extra "Features"), I haven't really tried any others though.

I like the idea of immediate-reject and no one-ring-voicemail. Back in my winmo days, i used an spd 15$ app (whew) that did that. I wonder if i can set this GN2 to do a reject with no voicemail.

I think I know how the StarTAC 8000g could hang up on people without sending them to voice-mail. What it appeared to do was answer the call for a fraction of a second and then drop the call and it did it so fast that the call never registered as a call on either side.

If I write one application for Android I think I'll try to do what the StarTAC 8000g could do with the reject and no-voicemail either option.

Still ROCKING with M A I L D R O I D. Ive never used an email app as stable and multifunctions as this and the features: just like the computer email program, i can add custom folders, set up processing rules thats distinct for each account that will auto-move incoming mail to designated folders. I can add any graphic in my siggy. The mass delete function is way better than Enhanc email and more STABLE. Finally I dont have to go to each of my client-side email accounts to do the job 'enhance email' cant.

One other big plus for me besides its cool name M A I L D R O I D, is that its less DOS-like and very windows-like (not referring to windows mobile phone os). Check out the free version (with ads) and really set up and use the features then compare.

Is PRO worth $18? I use K9 and can't really see how any email app could be better. I do most of my email "organizing" on a PC in Gmail (3 accounts get merged to Gmail, all filters/folders set-up there), then K9 is just polling the folders I want to look at on my Nexus 7. Very easy to turn on all folders, but I seldom do. Dark theme is great. Just curious how Maildroid is any better (especially $18 better since I don't want ads).

Have you tried Enhanced Email? It was like $3 when I got it. It beats g mail by leaps n K-9 Mail too...IMO :)

Looks like enhanced is $10 now. I don't even try an app unless it's at least 4 stars, so even if it's better than K9, I wouldn't spend $10 (or $3) on it.

I am getting a little frustrated with Gmail on my PC, it seems to be fetching mail at a much longer interval lately, 40-50 minutes!

I just started using Maildroidildroid a couple weeks ago. I tried the free version for a couple days then the Pro version. I setup all my email accounts on there not I am not able to setup a MS Exchange (webdav) email account. I emailed the Maildroid dev but we couldn't resolved this issue. I am still digging Maildroid though and hopefully the dev will come up with an update that will fix this problem.

And the last update just a day ago flows like liquid. You play with creating folders and set up some mail processing rules your loaded accounts! Blows 2dimensional and brokenEnhance Email away. I got sick of how it kept STOPPING receiving email and how it NEVER deleted any email. They kelp reappearing.

Im donewith unhanced email. MAILDROID is IT!

My current favorite is Draw Something. I've always said that I can't draw a stick man that looks like a stick man (which is actually true). For some indefinable reason, though, I can't put this game down. Some of these people are really good! And some are even worse than I am. I'm actually inspired to teach myself to draw now; something I never had the confidence to do before.

I'd have picked the stock "Navigation" app that was on my AT&T GS3 as my favorite, but for the fact that it only works a fraction of the time. I'm from a generation that still thinks GPS is damn cool, and I get a huge kick out of using voice navigation in my car - even when I already know where I'm going!

I'm also fond of the Accuweather widget that came preinstalled on my main home panel. I'm charmed by the way it animates to show the current weather conditions and time of day. Sometimes it doesn't take much to amuse me.

NESOID!!!!! HANDS DOWN!!! All my favorite NES games in my pocket!!

I couldn't find "nesoid" in the Google Play store. Where do you get it? I did find a few other emulators, though. How do you get the games for it?
