is there away to disable cm10.1's built in cpu clocking app, it keeps setting my cpu at 334MHz even though I'm using no frills cpu manager.

It is generally acepted to be a bad idea , if you have a problem yer on yer own unless you clean wipe install. Do a search for more opinions. YMMV
That being said, I dirty flashed up to 5/17 with no problem at all.The ROM Rocked! 6/5 I did a complete wipe/clean install. Thats when the problem started. Back on 5/17 now.
I had the same prlblems as the rest on 6/5, AWOL widgets , no wifi and the notification led was wonky. I dont bother to screw around with cpu speeds, not that brave

All in all, very nice work Chairshot, TY
SMS works sometimes and sometimes not, I really dont care, email me a pic, i'm good

What recovery are you using? I have had no such problems. I am on the latest build. What is your procedure for flashing?

I'm using TWRP 2.5 and with the exception of hotplug not working this ROM works great for me. Are other people using 4EXT? Could that be the culprit?

With the help of nsciucco I installed 4EXT and flashed 6/7 fresh. I just finished installing all my apps and the voicemail app. I'm now on hotplug so I'll let you know in a bit of it's working right.

EDIT: an hour later and my phone hasn't boot looped or frozen once. Looks like we have a solution!

Guys. IMHO the only recovery that you should use is 4EXT. You wont get that problem using 4EXT

Been using TWRP 2.??? from day 1 with G60. Never had a problem.
BUT !!!! I ALWAYS do a full wipe.

Just don't do dirty flash's.

I originally had 4EXT when I first followed the rooting guide. But when I S-OFF my phone the j bear tutorial had TWRP installed which is why I just stayed with it.

Ever since I flashed 4EXT and did a clean install of 6/7 my phone is running great. Still no bootloops and my governor is HOTPLUG.

For you guys successfully running HOTPLUG, are you avoiding Kernel Tuner completely? Is there another way I can enable sweep2wake without it?

There's a couple small app on Google Play that can enable/disable sweep2wake.

Hey 360 your the best man I've been following you every since cm7 on the triumph now we here and this ROM sick as what just one question for you..... I notice this rom came wit the visual voicemail app but yet when someone leaves me a voicemail it just sends me a text saying to call some 408 number(which is always busy) is there a way to fix this thanks man and like I said your ROMs are sweet dude genius

6-7 here. Did a dirty flash on May's last update in 4ext. 3 hours in and no bootloop. Had to reboot once to get cm settings to set hotplug. Smooth as butter; no problems here. I've dirty flashed several updates by now: never had an issue though I do very little else to the rom.

Dirty flashed tool new build. Removed kernel tuner and got the s2w app. Changed to hot plug. No issues so far.
