Why does Sprint have the worst coverage?

A call to customer retentions may have probably gotten that sooner.

I'm glad you got it sorted out though. Enjoy wherever you end up

Believe me I tried EVERYTHING with Sprint, before filling complaints with the BBB and FCC, including their retention department. They weren't willing to do anything. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

That really is sad... so far, Sprint still gives me the best deal, though I haven't any expectations for 4G in my area. At least, not until 5G starts becoming ubiquitous.

Although I wasn't happy with the fact that 4G was taking so long to arrive, my main beef with Sprint, was dismal voice, and 3G coverage, I had been experiencing in the last 8 months or so. I was willing to hang in there for 4G LTE coverage, but when I'm getting a high percentage of dropped calls, and unable to make calls because of lack of service, that's when it becomes a real problem.

What part of the US is this? I see all of these horror stories with people and I just think that if I were in a similar scenario, I would just jump ship instead of waiting around. Fortunately, I haven't had a dropped call on Sprint yet. Granted, that could be because I'm in a much larger (if not the biggest) market than most.

I'm in Denver Colorado, not exactly a Podunk town. The only reason I hung on for so long was, I was foolish enough to believe that Sprint would iron out the tower issues in short order. And a lot of times they would, but then the problems kept returning. After 6 months or so, it became obvious that this was going to be an ongoing issue, until Sprint had their new LTE network in place. I then spent a few months trying to work with Sprint, to allow me out of my contract, again I was being foolish and naive. It wasn't until I filed complaints with the BBB and FCC, that Sprint offered any help.

I've been patient for years, why stop now. I can admit it has gotten better since I've upgraded to the note 2. You can't always blame the Sprint network but the majority of the time you can. Sometimes the phone antennas just aren't that great. I came from a galaxy s2 and had reception issues since day 1. With the note 2, reception has been a whole lot better.

call them and ask for help...advance tech support if need be.

network issues are very clearly seen on Sprint's side by those that have access.

many posts back I noticed a few upset because of the purchase of wimax devices...it would be worth your time to checkbout the new terms of service that went into effect 7/1 if you have not already done so :)
