Root TouchWiz Baseless

Well here you go guys. Baseless Touchwiz for the Lg Motion.
I know _DarkDragon_ already made one. Well i managed to get framework working(thanks to Johnnyl1111) Everything works so just flash on any cm10.

Thanks to Johnnyl1111 for paranoid meta inf file and other help for multiple things to get this working!!

And thanks to _DarkDragon_ for testing and the idea of making this!

Disclaimer: You guys know the deal. So keep it. I am not responsible for any damages done to your phone(morphing into a mechanical monster, etc, etc)

Edit: forgot to mention. The Ui in this baseless rom is Cyanogenmod. The reason for this is because of the pretty cool "recent apps" window. If you guys want the real Touchwiz Ui then here you go.
Flash or install manually( if manually dont forget to fix permissions to Rw-r-r)

Edit: Also the backlight issue im still trying to work on it. Thats a problem that affects me as well and im trying to figure it out. Well when i have free time that is.

if you rename the clock,calculator etc... from secdeskclock.apk etc.. to the same name as the one in cm10 it will prevent the double occurrence of those apps.

Dont really remember...i got it working when i ported it with Pg's base. But i dont really remember about the baseless one.

On a side note...there is no way in hell will this phone be able to ever get a sense ported to this rom. I tried and followed every necessary steps with Dsixda's kitchen and followed every guide and my phone got the blue screen of death....luckily a restart fixed it.

So no one try to port sense over unless you know what you are doing :banghead: :eek:

I'm on stock rom/ root... Is there a version if this available for stock or will this work? From what's said above it looks like this version needs to be run on cm10, am I right ?

Exactly what zephyr said you must be on either Bobz or PG's cm10 roms.

How do you uninstall this? When I reboot to recovery it just does a memory wipe.

Well actually I don't want to uninstall this baseless ROM I like it but when I lock the screen the screen doesn't fully shut off you have to turn it on and off a few times to get it to shut off fully and when you turn the screen on the lock screen doesn't appear and you have to hit the power button off and back on again. Is there a way to fix this?

Can we get some screenies? I was going to try this out on top of BobZ 5-21, then reflash all of the fixes.

also i cant fix backlight issue that this has dont really have time because of school.

I don't want to flash it until I see it... Lol.. I have a nearly flawless version of BobZ running so to flash anything over it could be detrimental. If it looks like the other one posted, I might give it a shot though

Yea it does look like it. I just fixed the Framework Issue( with Johnny's help of course) and also added some new things to it.

but also included is the recent app screen that you see here

Now if you want the System Ui to look like touchwiz then download it. Its right there on my post as well. But the cool Recent app screen will be gone.

Oh and also It has a backlight issue. idk if flashing the backlight fix that was created a long time ago can fix it. Never had time to try due to school.

I'm sorry... What's the differences between the downloads in the OP? I'm on stock, i really dont want to flash to cm10 until the video bug is worked out. Guess I'm hoping the 2nd download could work over stock. A bunch of wishful thinking here, i guess... I can't remember if that 2nd download was available when i asked the question earlier...

wtf did you just say? flash it already. front facing video is a reality 1080p will be next just go with the flow.

Lol, just saying, I'm having a lot if fun messing around with stock right now. I don't really want to change, I had cm 10 on my virgin mobile htc one, and while i was kind of impressed, I'm just not in a hurry to go back for some reason or another.

My query in that post was whether or not if either of the downloads in the OP would work on stock...

Yea i cant seem to figure out where the backlight is coming from...but im still working on it.
Apparently you get a backlight bug when you flash this touchwiz port or the new Aokp. Well..atleast i do.
