Root [International] Anyone tried Illusion rom?

How about LMT pie give it a search on XDA I use jelly bam that has pie but have always used LMT. Brilliant and free!

Just had a gander and it looks exactly like the pie that comes with illusion. But I can honestly say it isn't a scratch on paranoid androids pie!

There's a few things. The PA pie is much sharper and clearer, it fully replaces your status bar so when you get a new notification they appear on the pie, they have the two swipe gestures (up to the left opens up the quicksettings and up to the right opens up your notifications, assuming you have pie from the bottom of the screen). I'm used to the status bar now and enjoy using the onscreen buttons :thumb:

What is Paranoid Android like? I'm thinking of flashing it as I'm finding Illusion quite a drain on battery. I will be making a Nandroid though, since I do like my current setup. With better battery, this would be almost perfect.

Just want to get an idea of how stable and feature-rich PA is at the moment really??

If you use g+ theres a paranoid android i9300 community ran by a few devs who are making i9300 builds from the PA nightlys. I dont know about battery but i didnt find it all that stable. The 4.2 builds are probably good but i havent tried one.
I was happy with the battery on illusion 2.1 but on 2.5 its terrible man

I loved paranoid android, took a lot to pull me off it but I find illusion smoother and better on the battery.

Might even venture back that way at some point but enjoying this far too much at the minute. When I used PIE and Halo together it was damn good! Also I like the hybrid settings that come with it.

I'm getting pretty bad battery on Illusion 2.1, all down to Android OS...

Google services seems to be my biggest drain, bit of a ballache tbh

ballache lol :D

Yeah about 3 hour screen time, tops. It's terrible, to be honest. I can go through 20% in under 30 mins...without really trying.

Edit: I've got some time now...might do a Nandroid and try PA quickly.

What build mate? Let us know how it goes man.
