Hi Android Forums,
I have an HTC Amaze 4G as a spare phone , running Ginger Bread and to my knowledge i was suspicious that HTC might have stopped deploying further updates to this Phone. i wanted a change in my device and i followed al the instruction to get the device token however it kept failing and sticks on "Waiting for the Device " . i tried re-tried , i tried on both of my computers one running the Windows XP and Windows 7 bu unfortunately the phone didn't kick it self up to get the identifier token.
I found the handset is still in an S-ON Mode ( i am unsure what it meant ) however is there any other way to get the Handset to S-OFF , is there a video or steps so i can try to get it OFF and root it to ICS. i have also attached an Image about the htc bootloader screen . I would appreciate if any one can advice to get the Handset to S-OFF mode
