What do you mean by "messed up with navigation"? Just curious. Also, does your Volt have a Chevy MyLink Radio as my Spark does? If so, get the software updated and buy the $50 Bringo app to put your phone's navigation on the radio's LCD screen. I really need to get off my butt and get the software update. Sucks that you have to go to the dealership to do so.
The old version of maps on the Bionic functioned much more like an actual navigation device, making it easy to use. The new maps' is not as easy to use and also doesn't appear to have a way to go into a bird's eye view without setting a destination. There is no quick way to navigate to my contacts. Perhaps it works okay with google now, but on the bionic, it was a battery killer for me. Ultimately, I can use OnStar as it comes free with the Volt for three years, but there is a lot of value to me in being able to see when a street is coming up, even if I'm not navigating somewhere.
As for Bringo, sounds interesting, but it does not list the Volt as one of the cars it is compatible with.
