I think the problem you'll find, is that there is such a wide variety of usages, that no two people will have the same values. But for the sake of argument, my typical day, is as follows:
Get up around 10 AM, unplug phone. Go for a run at the park for about an hour, with Pandora streaming, and Runkeeper tracking. Go back home, get ready for work. Then streaming Pandora via Bluetooth in the car for about 45 minutes on the way to work. Then, maybe a dozen or two texts throughout the work day, with a couple 10-min segments of looking at the weather, FMLs, Fantasy Football, etc. My screen is on Auto/60% the whole time. I take a 25 min phone call every evening about 7, and then another 45 min Pandora trip home with brightness dropped to minimum, cause hey, it's dark.
On that day, I still am at over 30% when I get home. I'm on WiFi at home, 4G for all but about 20 mins for the commmute, the rest of which is mostly 3G with a brief no service area (Wilson Booster ftw) of maybe a min or two each way.
Now if I'm not working, and stay at home on WiFi all day? Like the 2nd day I got the phone? I was at 70% something at the end of the day lol.
