I just bought a Nexus 7 2013 but the touch sounds are too low for my liking. Can anyone with a Nexus 7 tell me whether the touch sounds on nexus 7 on touching the screen are very loud or not?On my unit they are so low that I can hear them but just barely.I already tried Audio Manager and turning volume and other alerts to max but the touch sound is s till low.Is it supposed to be low or is my device defective? Thanks

I am not sure if it was my phone or the Nexus 7 that I realized I could adjust the volume of the click... but I forget how I did it. My Nexus is at home, and I will see if I can remember how tonight.

It is definitely not a defective speaker unless other sounds are too low also... it would be a software or setting issue.

However, I am with unnamedny... I turn off the click sounds whenever possible. But, different personal preferences are why we have all of those setting options available to us. :)

No need to tell me how to change the volume!I just want to know whether by default the click sounds are low on your device. Please turn on touch sounds in settings-sounds on your nexus and tell me the results. Thanks!

There are separate volume controls for media and notifications. As you use the volume rocker you'll see a settings icon to the right of the bar. Tap that and you'll see the two separate controls.

Already tried that! Background music in temple run 2 is too low.In some games the volume is ok like rail rush but in TR2 its low so just wanted to confirm whether its my speakers or a general problem with all nexus!
