So I was walking along a sidewalk, and like an idiot, I was paying more attention to Facebook than I was the sidewalk. I tripped over a curb that I did not see. As I was going down, my hands instinctively went palms-out to catch myself. BAM! I hit the concrete with my hands. The Commando was screen-down in the palm of my hand, and it slammed pretty hard against the concrete with most of my weight on the battery cover. There were some minor nicks on the rubber bumper, but the screen did not shatter as I expected it to.
