I've had my admire for about 2 months and I'm quite a novice when it comes to Android phones. I have been trying for a month to figure out how to root my device. I've been reading up on forums and Google. But every time I download zip files then go into recovery mode I don't have the option to download zip from sdcard. Only download from extsdcard. When I hit that option it starts to download but then comes up with a red error message and then just reboots. I could honestly use some help in what I should do. However I don't have a PC to use. This has been driving me nuts lol. I've tried framaroot, z4root and just about every app I could think of. Thanks a million.
