hi all, i am new to smartphone... i was thinking anyway to duplicate an app or make 2 profile so that i can play 2 accounts same game on the same phone?

That depends on the app. The only two way to find out is to ask the developer. (You'd probably have to rename the app - internally - at the very least.)
Of you could use Safestrap, if there's a version for your phone, and if you're not running Kit Kat, and run 2 ROMs on the same phone (they can even be 2 copies of the same ROM.). Install the game on both of them and boot into the one you want to play.
