Help I need help! My Wildfire won't turn on, screen and red light fl;ashes but no boot screen???

I was updating my Wildfire S and all went well but when it try to reboot it stuck on flashing blank screen and flashing red light. I cannot get into anything (Bootloader, Recovery etc).
I would really appreciate any help. Hard brick has been described in Google as no respond from phone (no lights nothing etc.) so I am hoping (and praying) there could be something done based on the symptoms.

I've had a similar problem now for some time and can't figure an answer to it, so I'm really interested in this

What happens me is that - occasionally - a phone call ends, the screen goes blank as you'd expect but I can't turn it on to make another call. Trying to do a hard reset doesn't seem to work either, the only solution I've found is to remove the battery wait a few seconds and then reboot from there.

Mine is not turning on at all. Screen and red light keep flashing but nothing else. No vibration, nothing. I have to take out the battery to stop it but when I insert it back and push power button it starts flashing with completely blank screen.

Is it rooted?

Also, are you running the stock ROM or a custom one.
If Custom, which one?

I don't know if it makes any difference, but is it GSM or CDMA?

it was s-on and I was doing official HTC upgrade. Also red light flashes too. I have been using custom Roms for a while with my other phone and also with my xoom tablet but this was an official HTC update on my Wildfire S A510e. No vibration at all, just flashing screen.

So it's GSM. which carrier?

Have you tried removing the battery for a few seconds ( ~15) then hold vol down and power together?

If not, try that and post back the result.

My phone is again, an S-ON **LOCKED** Wildfire S A510e.

Doing what Davdi says just results in the proximity detector (the red light) flashing 0.5 seconds on, 0.5 seconds off. The notification light flashes when plugged into mains.

Please help, this has all of my work stuff on, and my bitcoin account.

So, it won't boot normally, and you can't boot into recovery, but, if you power it on and connect it to your computer, can the computer see the SD card or internal memory? IF so, that could be a way to get your stuff backed up. Otherwise you'd need to talk to a data recovery/digital Forensic company, but that won't be cheap.
