Let me start off by saying sorry for being the 1 millionth person to post about this. Ive done a lot of researching reading and watching YouTube videos etc in an attempt to fix my phone. I made the silly misake of trying to flash to speedlite 2.5.1 while I was on the stock ota Ics. I did make a nandroid backup but here is my problem. When my phone boots it goes to the speedlite splash screen and will go no further. I can access the android recovery screen but not safe strap or the cwm recovery. When I do a factory reset, even wipe all data caches, it still brings me back to the speedlite boot loop screen. I also have rsd lite and the original fxz stock ota update but it would not go past 2%. So I guess I will ask someone who has more knowledge if I can some how restore my phone back to stock ICS. Thanks in advance for any info, and If I have posted this in the wrong place I'm very sorry!

Thanks again for your help. It was in step 2/22. I have flashed fxz 6.7.246 before with no problem but this time it would not go. I can still see the phone in rsd lite via fast boot but it is only recognizing it as a USB device. Also my phone is rooted so I'm not sure if that is effecting the flashing of it.

Quick update, yes I did have safe strap installed. Also clockwork. Attempted to flash again with rsd lite. Fails instantly after uncompressing. Says failed flash process 1/22. I am able to access the android recovery system, fast boot etc... But even the factory reset doesn't remove the rom I had previously flashed.

Ok fixed it... Thanks to all who responded and I will shed some light on how I fixed it if anyone else ever gets stuck. Even though rsd is recognizing my phone I had to reinstall the Motorola drivers back on my computer and yes I already had them installed but do a fresh reinstall, then put phone into fastboot, next open rsd as administrator. After that flash with the stock ota you were last on. Make sure your battery is full before doing this. Again thanks for the help and hope this helps someone out some day.
