it means that your phone is in "downtime mode". basically its quiet time from the previous CMs. its under sound > interruptions > "when notifications arrive". setting it to "always interrupt" disables it. alternatively you could just push a Vol button and pick "all"

Thanks! I see it in my volume bar now. I must have had fat fingers yesterday.

First time I have ever had to ask for help installing a ROM. I rooted the phone (Boost version), installed the 2.8.5.0 TWRP, then used that to install the ROM in the first post. Wiped caches and rebooted.

All I get is the blue android head logo. I waited 20+ minutes and then used TWRP to restore my backup, which works fine.

Did I somehow miss a step? It does seem to install fairly quickly for a 200MB system image (probably around 10-15 seconds).

Think you should wipe
System
Data
Caches
Internal storage
Then flash, reboot

I have a older build, Only a few things are buggy/missing for me. I had to install setCPU and SuperSU to fix the deep sleep problem which is mostly gone(only happens once every few days) and I had to install the APN Fix for Boost and APN Change to fix the null APN problem too. Also NFC is borked. I have idea what works with the latest build, Common issues are Camera/APN(LTE not working) and Vibration not working/missing. I think Deep sleep got fixed with the last update tho.

I like the ROM, thanks, Bad_MOFO_33! Switched from 3/16 to 3/26 build and experienced performance regression until I set SELinux to 'permissive' (*attached SELinuxModeChanger .apk) and changed I/O in CM12 Performance settings from 'row' to 'deadline' (w/set on boot enabled). So, I don't know which of the two was bogging it down before, but I can say it seems to perform well like 3/16 after permissive and deadline changes. No deep-sleep issues so far. Good job! :)
