I've been using my T-Mobile branded Optimus F3 for over a year now. I take great care of my devices: the worse drop this one has ever seen was from a seat in a movie theater. Lately I've noticed that the GPS has become terrible at getting a location lock. Using the GPS Test app, even putting the phone right next to the window, it will only see 2 or 3 satellites. By contrast, my Galaxy S4 Mini will register around 10 satellites even when 3 feet away from the same window. I've tried doing factory resets and even flashing the stock ROM from the kdz file, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm wondering if the GPS has some how broken (though this seems hard to believe) or if maybe (put your tinfoil hat on) this is LG's planned obsolescence, since the phone is now over 1 year old and out of warranty.
