Why pay 109$ for a phone with a bad imei which most likely means it's stolen, when you can get it for 99$ and some tax or like 39$ if you port in?

It is pretty hard to get a phone fixed when it has a bad imei. I mean if you know someone online that is reputable that will basically change the imei by cloning or other methods it is possible but it is controversial and may actually be illegal depending where you live. And to get the bad imei changed you would end up spending most likely anywhere from 30 to 100$ depending on the phone, that's the usual going price for Samsung phones. Considering how new this phone is I doubt you would find someone reputible to do it. Hell, I could barely find a replacement screen. I have two zmaxs pros now because I cracked one of the screens. Should've bout the 6$ insurance at metro, but I always put tempered glass protector and cases but that day they were out because this phone is selling like crazy.

Case and point. Don't buy a used phone for more than retail and just buy the damn insurance lol.

He's not planning to make the phone his daily driver as far as I know; he needs it only for testing & to help us obtain root, and that's why it shouldn't matter whether the IMEI is bad or not. You're not going to get the phone from MetroPCS without getting their service as well.

It was my mistake that i didn't check the seller history , i was in a hurry to pick the deal so i didn't look into it... it's my first out local online store purchase too... anyway i will wait till i get my refund back and then will check the swappa one if it sill exist

There is a chance you will still get the package. i purchase a lot of things from ebay and i have had quite a few sellers that don't even provide tracking info.

Also I have had packages where the status will not change until its arrived. USPS isnt the best at keeping their shit scanned lol.

i tried to contact the seller but i never get a response , he is with 0 successful selling history and very recent account creation date so i think he is a scammer , i asked for a return & they asked me to wait till 7 dec before they can take further steps.

My post got moved i understand but please know I was trying to get a ZTE ZMAX PRO donor phone by trading my extra new BLU Android because the guy didn't want his week old ZMAX PRO. I would of then gave it to someone more experienced than myself to have it to try to root. We all can help
