Fixing button config

Hi everyone,

After flashing a new rom on my phone the buttons configuration got messed up. Now my menu button (right side) acts as the home button and the home button just highlights the first icon on screen. I know that this was a simple file configuration on the phone but I don't remember the file, its location or the options?

Can anyone help me?
