Hello guys.

We published our game 3 months ago. It is online football game named Coin ball : Table Soccer with Commentator.

We have reached 300k downloads but our conversion rate and retention is very low. We can just keep 3% of players downloaded the game after a week. I know our menu is not very user friendly and there is no long-term goal for players to achieve but i'm satisfied with graphics and physics of our game. We are in work of an update. Please take a look at our game and tell me what we should do to keep players in long term.

Changes we are making in new update:
-User friendly menu. Just one tap to start match.
-Adding new coins with power, curve and time bars. Players will upgrade their coins.
-New stadiums with tribunes, corner flags, even an ambulance will be added to 3d stadium. Players will upgrade their stadiums. (for Long-term goals)
-Adding chests that user will collect coin cards or stadium cards to unlock them (for Long-Term goals)
-Daily awards to keep them playing every day. (for retention)
-New icon (for conversion rate)
-Monthly leagues with prizes. (we have a leaderboard which is the only goal of our game now)
-And couple more.

Not sure if i'm opening this thread in the right section but will be very happy if you guys give some advice for our upcoming update.
