Hello,

I have Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (GT-I9300). I mainly use sim1 for voice calls whereas sim2 for 3G data. While active data (browsing etc) on Sim2, I can not receive calls on Sim1. This comes to know when someone reports by other means.

I searched web and found a setting to do like - "Receive incoming calls via Other Sim card while using Data service", but I can't find this in Sim Manager or anywhere else in settings. Kindly help me to get rid of the issue.

Sounds like the S3 isn't dual-SIM active, i.e. it can switch SIM1 or SIM2, but not use both simultaneously. And there's nothing you can do about it. More recent dual-SIM Samsungs are dual-SIM active, like S7 and S8, and can have wireless data going on one SIM, while still able do calls on the other. Dual-SIM active phones actually have two cellular radios and modems in them, so they're effectively two phones in one.
