I have a Moto G5 and it is suddenly stuck in boot loop. It's not rooted and I have kept the software up to date (Android v7). I've tried this to start or factory reset it:
- With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time for about 3 seconds.
- From the Boot Mode Selection Menu screen, use the Volume Down button to scroll to Recovery, and select.
- When the screen with the Android logo appears, press and hold the Power button, then press and release Volume Up to display the menu options. (BUT NO OPTIONS APPEAR)
